Under the new island-wide model, you choose your insurer. ASES has assigned you an insurance company. If you were previously with Molina and were assigned another insurer, or you want to choose Molina Healthcare as your insurer, you can change during the Open Enrollment Period.
About the Open Enrollment Period...

From November 1st, 2018 to January 31, 2019, you can choose whether to stay with the insurance company assigned to you or change. This period of selection is called an Open Enrollment Period.

Remember: Only call is required if you want to make a change or need guidance.

How many times can I make changes?
Each year, you will have a one opportunity to change insurance, during the Open Enrollment Period. After the Open Enrollment Period ends, you may change your insurer at any time if there is a just cause. For more information, look in the Enrollment Manual.

All VITAL insurers will offer the same covered services. There may be differences in the network of contracted providers.
