Login to Member Portal, request a new ID card and update your personal information 24 hours a day.

Enrollee has the right to request all written material in an alternative format or language, at no cost to the Enrollee or Potential Enrollee.

Talk to a trained nurse, 24 hours a day

You never know when you’ll get sick or hurt. That’s why our 24-hour Nurse Advice is available day and night. Our trained nurses answer your questions - plus can help you avoid co-pays!

Here’s how it works: If you need help, call the Nurse Advice Line at (888) 620-1515. Our nurse gives you advice, and a code. If you go to the Emergency Room, present the code so you will not be charge a co-payment.

Medicaid and CHIP patients never have a co-pay for emergency medical or psychiatric treatment in Puerto Rico - whether or not they use the Nurse Advice line.
